Meet Marc!
Marc set up excelHR to offer flexible HR services to suit a number of scenarios, including:
- Small, scaling companies with no dedicated in-house HR expertise.
- Larger companies who require support to supplement the work of their in-house HR team.
- Providing executive coaching for leaders interested in continuous learning, development and progression.
- Building HR expertise within organisations through mentoring HR executives and aspiring HR leaders.
Marc’s skills and experience put him in a unique position to do this, by virtue of a successful corporate career, spanning over 35 years in senior HR roles, working with the leadership teams in a variety of companies, from start-up to mature, across multiple countries.
Marc is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Association for Coaching, and a Member of the Institute of Leadership. He is also an ILM7-certified executive coach, and a qualified OKR facilitator.
Marc has also advised the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development on its international operations and their educational curriculum, supports their mentoring program for up-and-coming future HR leaders, and has been on the advisory panel to support the practical applications of their research within the working environment.
Marc chairs the International HR Forum, and is vice-chair of the board of a successful multi-academy trust, chairing its HR and Resources Committee, Senior Pay Committee and Nominations Committee.
In his spare time, Marc’s life revolves around family, friends, Fulham FC and coffee.
